American Monorail Founded
American Monorail is founded and incorporated in Ohio. They manufactered industrial material handling systems. Since the beginning, American Monorail was one of the prime suppliers of patented track equipment.

Twin City Monorail Founded
Twin City Monorail is established and incorporated in Minnesota. They provided monorails and equipment for the upper midwest.

Twin City Monorail Purchased
Twin City Monorail is purchased by the Lague Enterprises Inc., a Minneapolis holding company.

1965 - 1986
American Monorail Purchases
American Monorail, Inc. was purchased by Fischer Industries and later acquired by Eaton Corporation. It was later purchased by the Harnischfeger Corporation, but was soon bought by Lague Enterprises in 1986 as a separate entity from Twin City Monorail.

TC/American Formed
After being owned by the same corporation for several years, Twin City Monorail and American Monorail merge to form TC/American.

SPANMASTER Purchased
SPANMASTER is purchased by the Lague Family from Jarvis Webb. Spanmaster had supplied overhead material handling equipment for more than 30 years.

More Companies Acquired
All Lague properties combine into TC/American Monorail officially. These include American Monorail, Twin City Monorail, SPANMASTER, Jet Edge, and Tilt-Lock.

A New Beginning
TC/American Crane Company is formed from American Monorail, Twin City Monorail, and SPANMASTER.
